This site’s purpose is to provide an easy way to follow travelers and travel experts who use microblogging formats such as Twitter and BrightKite. It is meant to complement twittours.com, which is an aid for travelers who tweet and local tweeters willing to assist them.

Below is an example of an expansion of BrightKite. These photos are snapped with a phone camera, emailed by phone to the BrightKite shop account, automatically fed to a Shop N Carrboro Tumblr (with an instant mobile version), and added for this demonstration to a Slide show.
